THE APPROACH
After being acquired by Summit Partners in 2017, EHE Health was tasked with the challenge of changing how they approached prevention. The B2B company understands that one's lifestyle is key to preventive health. Through intensive education, rigorous explorations, and acute execution, EHE Health has changed how they speak to their patients and launched a new website while pushing their brand.

EDUCATION
Before being able to explore and execute, we had to educate ourselves. We spent months engaging our patients via nation-wide focus groups and digital surveys. The insight we gained from speaking to our patients helped us understand how people perceive preventive health. In addition to engaging our patients, we also engaged our clients and employees. Being able to tap into the business needs of the company also gave us unique insight in developing how best to position the brand.

FOCUS GROUP
Over the course of 3 months we hit the road, speaking to patients on a 6 city tour. The goal of the focus group was to understand how our patients and those of a similar demographic respond to preventive health. In addition to gaining knowledge around how our patients think about preventive health, we also looked into what drove our patients to engage with us.

INTERNAL SURVEY
Just like any company, growth is imperative. Working with the sales team, client services, and employees throughout the company, we utilized internal surveys and questionnaires to help get a better understanding of what tools are needed to help grow the company.
The results of the surveys and questionnaires helped us develop and prioritize content.

EXPLORATION
The exploratory phase of this process was more than just a design exploration. Understanding our patients' journey helps us understand their needs. Through countless user journeys, site maps, and use cases, a new website began to form.














EXECUTION
Through many iterations and input from stakeholders, the brand continued to push and develop its lifestyle influences. The development of our new consumer-friendly website focused on simplifying the company's message around preventive health, allowing the user to easily understand the benefits that EHE Health has to offer. In addition to a new website, we also built our asset library with a lifestyle-focused content shoot.
